A guy from my class at college started there a few months back and is on €30k I think but thats the software engineering side of things.

Depends if you join on a training contract or not (if you join on the CFO services side, you probably will be on a training contract). But for other service areas, you are probably looking at somewhere in the region of €30k (based on education and skillset).
