Deleting photos for good from iphone

    I gather that when you delete something like a photo from an iPhone it's still recoverable. If you want it unrecoverable what would be the best thing to do? Delete it then fill the phone's memory completely?

    Do a restore

    then re-synch as a new phone, but turn off the sych photos part

    Fair point DT. My point was only that there are sometimes easier options with minimal impact on a phone that the OP probably has set up to their liking and it can be a bit annoying to undo the effort put in initially ;)
