Just curious about something. Is there any legislation against giving wood away at halloween?

I believe there is but dont know for certain.

Also, if someone stored wood on your premises and collected it at halloween, has any offence been commited.

    Just curious of course !

    Thank you.

Not sure if there is any legislation regarding handing out waste timber but there is legislation regarding collection of waste timber.

I believe that people have been prosecuted for illegal disposal of waste (be it the collector or not) in recent years.
