Let's get onto Admin and see if we can get an afirmitive action programme in place so that we can address this balance.

Also, let's make it okay, fair and appropriate for Admin to choose a female user as a new moderator over a more suitable and worthy male user.

We'll call it the Boards "Equality" Bill.
