Redundancy advice

    I'm not sure if this is the correct place for this.

    If someone is being given notice of redundancy today and he has to leave the office today i.e. being paid a month in lieu of notice, should he get P45, final pay and RP50 all today?

    Also with bieng paid a month in lieu of notice can he sign on for Jobseekers Benefit tomorrow?
