I think the Subaru dealer is the only one who can give you an accurate answer there :)

Private I'd say 22k-23k. Trade in, probably wouldn't get even close to 20k for it....

TBH I think you'd be mad to get rid of such a car so soon.

Its books at €21,000 so id say you should get about €19000-20000, If your buying new you may very well get close to 21000 trade in allowance

28,000km in approx one year is a decent amount use.

like others have said .... approx 20K should be what you'd get.

That's a new-type Forester diesel I presume? I'd be interested to see how you compare them. Why not another Legacy if you want to stick with Subaru?

Around this time of year I consider a Forester purchase.
Country roads+ice-damaged roads+low-profile tyres do not happy bed-fellows make:(...

I do like good road-holding/stability though so not sure I'd like to be driving a 4x4 as a daily runner. How does the Forester fare on the twisty stuff?

No not a diesel...looking at a few options at the moment. Missus maybe selling on her runner and C&R have a nice 2.0XT...also have a 2.5XT aswell. Just waiting on pics

She thinks I'm mad but will prob wait to see what budget brings for big engine petrols :p:p:p

I would have to agree with her. Work friend trying to get rid of a 07 Subaru Forester Petrol for the diesel 10 version and the price to change scared the life out of him. He has decided to keep it and run it in to the ground over the years. A trip to Sligo and back to Dublin costs 2 tanks of fuel. It is a very thirsty beast.

thing is she has a 2.0l diesel and to replace it with a 2.0XT petrol Forester is no more in tax and insurance, so just the extra fuel costs, but a small price to pay to have another motor for a bit of fun at weekends
