    Well I think you have it backwards as PS3 games are 720p where as the xbox is 1080p.

    There are no details on the tv in your first link and the sony seems pretty standard.

    This is probably the best tv you can get in your price range. I have one myself:

    You can get a 32" Samsung Full HD tv from Argos for 390 euro, great gaming tv xbox games look great on it. Model number is LE32C530.

    ps3 is 1080p and the xbox 360 does 1080p but the upscaled to do 1080p

    a good few ps3 games do 1080p

    Most PS3, and indeed most multi-platform games are native 720p and most games that support 1080p are upscaled... so you might as well be viewing it in 720p. Only very few are native 1080 (CoD4?). I think theres a way to 'force' your PS3 to display the game in 1080, but if the game doesn't support upscaling at source you'll more than likely just make things worse. A lot of tv's these days can upscale too.

    So I guess what I'm saying is I wouldn't worry about it.
