Skiing Jan 2011, Italy?

Hey guys, I was hoping to go skiing in late jan. We'd be a group in late 20's looking for a place suitable for beginners and people with some experience. Also important to have some good apres ski and nightlife. We went to Oberstdorf last year which was great but the night life was too quiet.

From reading some posts here it seems Austria is the best however, theres not much cheap flights left. We're on a serious budget. There are cheap flights to Italy (Venice-Treviso) though. What are the Italian resorts like for a bit of craic? Can you recommend anywhere in particular?

    Thanks in advance...

Sauze D'Oulx - Great Craic relativley cheap and super resort for skiing all round

Livingnio - Shocking transfer time but well worth it as resort is tax free so most stuff is cheap as chips

Any of the resorts on the milky way you could get cheap enough

Bormio is pretty cool but a little more pricey than the above however it can be done cheap if you are lucky

In addition, Sauze D'Oulx would have a much bigger ski are as opposed to Livingo.

Consider Madonna di Campiglio: excellent sky area (goood for every level), gorgeous landscape, good nightlife, not too far.
