Paid but didn't receive morphsuit

    HI I am in USA. ordered suit online at their site. Paid $80 US, got customer service email from morphsuit.com confirming the transaction and payment indicating FedEx delivery in 2-3days. Nothing came. I cannot find a working phone number for the company either for London or for USA. I sent email through their site no reply, no suit, no shipping tracking information. On the SSL seal on the site it has a Galway phone number of 07980223964 but when I call it from the US I get an error that the number I called is not working.

    I am looking for help to get a real person and a real customer service department at the company.

    That number isn't an Irish one for a start... It is the right length to be an English mobile number with the correct prefix 0044 79etc. Other than that I know there's a Galway in the states as well but have no idea of US numbers...

    Yes --- thanks for the thought about eBay financially that would have been safer. But now morphsuit.com has my money and are not replying and I cannot find a way to get a human being either here in the USA --- or in Europe.. Below is the information from their SSL seal

    morphsuit.com doesn't appear to be a real website. It looks like a placeholder with various pointless links. The domain is registered through a proxy in the US, they claim to be UK based, but also they claim to be Galway based? The phone number is fake, and they don't respond to emails. To be honest, all of this sounds like a scam.

    Stop trying to contact them. Contact your bank instead, and get the charge reversed.

    It started in Galway when a poster wanted to buy a suit locally. As none was found it turned into a discussion about buying them online, then this US girl had some issue with the company, hence the move here.

    Btw, it seems the OP in the other thread actually received a suit.
