Currency exchange rate query

Does anyone know where to get the bext exchange rate? I am heading to the states next week and looking to exchange Euro to US dollars. An POst is doing 1.35.5 with no commission, not sure if any banks are doing better?

Credit union or bank. Cant say which one is better as it varies from place to place. Your best to have a look around or ring some places.
