Hi does anyone know what the story is with the house on the N7 across from the Stop n go petrol station (west end motors)? Is it for sale? Has it just been left to rot like many other unfinished houses?

passed it a few times on the way to Dublin and never seen any progress on it

As far as I'm aware there's a planning permission dispute on it.

As far as I can recall, its been like that for 10yrs+
