Have UPC pulled the plug on me ?

Used to be a UPC customer but changed over to sky. After getting disconnected I still used to receive the basic channels from UPC without a box. Was handy beacuse used to send the signal around the house to the non-sky tvs. (about 16/17 channels)

Today there are zero channels on those TVs.

Anybody think UPC may have actually got off their arses, hopped into a van and physically diconnected the cable coming into the house (or anybody esle in Limerick area after loosing this "feature").

    Cheers.

You were marked down to be disconnected. They were probably working in your area doing other work at same time - it may not be worth sending an engineer to physically disconnect every customer as soon as they cancel.

If you use the service and find it worthwhile, you should really pay for it.

I’ll put it down as compensation for 10 years of their pathetic customer service.

In the end of the day, if you use it, you should pay for it.
