The frock wearing women folk on one side & the big red eared country lads on the other.

Eyeing each other for hours. Suddenly I wanna know what love is pours out of the Bose speakers & both sides slowly merge. Like a herd of nervous goats.

Bundoran is the most depressing town in the whole of Ireland. Even the trees look suicidal.

Youre living off the past image of the town, havent you heard we're hip and cool now that we have all the south dublin surfer yuppie gimps doing their surfing, drinking guiness and acting in their, paid for by mammy, bohemian way here the whole time?

The fact that you used the words 'hip' & 'cool' is reason enough not to go to Bundoran.

In a way, the donkeys are gone from the beach front due to animal rights nuts, and she basically carries people round the place for a small fee

I used to work there when it was Envy. Heard it's more or less the same only cleaner and with a nicer smoking area.

Sligo ... for anyone who was wondering :p

Not quite sure why this is in AH but anyhoo..

Was in it a few weeks ago and it wasn't THAT bad (apart from the name- which genius thought that Pure was a good choice considering the Shliigo accent?)

It's an improvement on what was there before, there's less cabbage fed, wrangler jeans and check-shirt wearing roasts than the establishment down the street; less imitators of the cast of Footballer's Wives than the one across the river and less knacks than the one over town.

The smoking area's great and I liked the "cheeky" wallpaper

    Could be worse!

Thats been open about a month starbelgrade, and for all you east coasters, its in Sligo. If its anything like what was there previously, i'm not going near it.
