No sound mixer found

    Hi,
    I get this 'There are no active mixer devices available. To install, go to control panel and add hardware' message when I click on volume control. I tried going
    into cp and all devices are working correctly (the ones I thought it could be).
    Can someone please help, this was working fine til yesterday. Thanks

    Never mind, it was just riddled with a load of viruses which
    Avira fixed - a very good (free) program.
