Ipod Touch 4G Shutter Problem

    Just bought ipod touch 4G last week, shutter stays closed 80% of the time.

    Spoke to Apple Cust Support on Saturday.

    They said UPS would collect it today and I would have a replacement within 5 working days.

    Now 18:44 and no show from UPS.

    1) Anyone experience camera/shutter probs with Ipod/Iphone 4G?

    2) What's Apples Cust Service reputation like in general?

    Cant answer about the iphone part but back when the ipod touch came out i bought one from ebay. After about a year the screen imploded. Rang them up asking was this a regular occurence. Next morning UPS van outisde my house to pick it up..2 days later brand new itouch with another set of earphones thrown in.

    Was a very happy customer after this.

    I had a simular proble with my iPhone after it got wet.

    Just spoke with Irish based Cust Support who confirmed shutter problem is a known issue.

    UPS to come tomorrow not today as originally told by Cust Support in a continent far, far away.
