How are Lidl for returning items?

    got a wireless mouse in Lidl last week, and it seems to be messing with my browser, causing it to freeze. just wondering how are Lidl for returning items? have all the bits that came with it and everything

    I brought back a set of hub caps last week and there was no problem. Refund issued and staff very helpful.

    If you return within 30 days, they wont quibble, last time I returned something, i could not find the receipt and it was not a problem.

    Have the receipt and all, so should be no problem returning it. only got it last week. bit of a pain with the problem though :/
