I think a grand way of accomplishing this is (1) steal the poor dog from it's owner. (2) encouraging it into your home everynight about 6 with a cream cracker. This is good choice because a cream cracker costs on average 8 cents. (3) arrive at the owner's doorstep with a crate lined in radiator wall insulator paper, straw and old woolen sweaters and (4) a printed paper stating the laws of animal cruelty. http://www.ispca.ie/legal-handbook.aspx. And try to bring Steven Hawking with you so he can try to convince the awful owner to keep the dog protected from frigid tempratures.

If a dog has an outdoor tailor made rain proof - dog house - has a double coat - and molts all year round what temperature would be the lowest that he should sleep outside in this house during the Winter. (Border Collie)

Our neighbors dog did sleep outside all Winter last year with temp up to -12

    Thanks
