I ran into a few guys on a night out, and I was friendly with them, because I recognised them from school. That was alright until I got a taxi home with them, they proceeded to say nasty things about my family. They disrespected my parents big-time, and that hurt me. Now I can't let the memory of that go, and thoughts of revenge enter my head now and again, maybe kicking one of their heads in! I feel that I just can't let someone disrespect my mother like that (maybe I am being too harsh)?
Should I get some balls and attack one of these cowards or should I forgive?
What would you do in this situation?

As suggesting violence as a problem solver is just not on in this forum and will result in an instant banning, there's little point in leaving this thread open to attract just such advice.
