I was wondering if someone could recommend where would be the best place to apply for credit card for business? My bank (AIB) refused to give me one, there is no option of debit card for business account. For example to open account in eflow (M50 toll payments), card is the only way to pay. It would be handy to buy airline tickets, or other stuff as well. Business established 6 months ago.

Have you a business Account with AIB, if your own bank won't give you a business credit card I can't see any of the rest of them rushing to.
Will they give you a personal credit card and just use that, you'll have to invoice the company.

Yes, I applied for credit card associated with business account in AIB. First time they lost my paperwork, second time they never bothered to give me an answer. I actualy had to find out myself about the status of the aplication, when they said no.
I do have my personal credit card, but I would like to have one for company needs as well if it's possible.

I use a payzone card because unless the other pay as you go credit cards you dont get vouchers its all topped up into the one account and besides the loading card you get a proper pin and chip credit card that can also be used in shops/ atm machines etc and the charges are really low, for instance i think €300 and under is around €3.50 charge, i put €500 on it last week and it was €5.50 charge thats the one and only charge. When i had an AIB card i got charged I think 16% and when I had to use it in a bank machine it was a seperate interest charge for this, I was forever paying back the interest! In terms of how much credit cards really cost you I think thepayzone card is great and they cost like €6 euros!
