I can pick up 6 TV and 10 radio DDT channels, I can listen to all the radio station with no problem.

When I switch to the TV stations I get epg data and good signal but a blank screen.

I am using a Toshiba Regza 42ZV555D TV with built in dab

    Any suggestions

It seems Your Tv is not Mpeg4 which is needed to receive Saorview in Ireland.
Your TV is Mpeg2 which is only suitable for the UK market

I think it's Freeview only, not Freeview HD, so no MPEG4 Decoder. Won't work. You can only add a Saorview or "freeview HD" set box to make it work.

I don't think so. I have never heard of a TV with built in DAB. Perhaps you mean DTT radio which is completely different.
