    They went into receivership and changed owners a few years ago, im not sure what affect that had on their service.

    But the laptops they sell are manufactured by Clevo (and assembled to spec by Rock) so you can find more information about them here.

    Another Clevo supplier in the UK is Kobaltcomputers. Novatech use to do them as well, and were about the cheapest, but at the moment all they seem to have are MSI-based laptops so they must have stopped.

    There's a few in Europe as well, Deviltech etc.
