31-10-2010 2:10pm#1Ok, seeing as i've posted a few threads with updates before, i'm going to keep all new updates to this thread just to be fair and not clutter up the forum.
So, the newest update is a pretty big one. The site has just been shortlisted for an Eircom Spider Award. The full update can be read below.

The Awards, managed by Eircom and Business & Finance Media Group (the publishers of Business and Finance magazine), are regarded as Ireland’s most prestigious web awards, and are now in their fourteenth year.
The Awards night will take place on Thursday November 18th 2010 in The Burlington Hotel, Dublin 4.
Cork Student News is short-listed for the news category (number seven), which this year is being sponsored by AdTech.
The website is running against the Cork Independent website; the Heineken Music website; InsideIreland.ie;MerrionStreet.ie (an official government website); Newstalk.ie; Todayfm.com, and 98fm.com.
