Hi. How do I change the time on my box? I thought it would have done it automatically but it didn't. Caused me a good bit of confusion when I woke trying to figure out what time it was!! :-)

Same problem here. Just plugged it out, left it for a minute and plugged it back in again.

I did that with both recordable boxes we have, one of them is HD, and it didn't work. Well done UPC can't get a basic thing like the changing of the clocks right.

Just been onto 1908. They're aware of the issue & trying to resolve it.

Called them earlier and they advised that the HD box takes 24 hours for time changes to take effect.
Seemed to be well aware of it, very daft not to let customers know or out a message up on the 1908 IVR

It's now an hour behind on the HD box as oppposed to the hour ahead it was.

Yayy!! They put the clock back!!! By two hours!!! I now have 3 different times displayed in my sitting room alone!!! :-)

Yeah, mine corrected itself when I first unplugged it and reset it, then jumped forward an hour again, and now has jumped back two hours!

Same here, hour ahead then they set it to two hours back, so now 1 hour behind.....you have to laugh, not like they did not know about it....

I don't recall there being any issue back in March when the clocks went forward so I fail to see why there's a problem now.
