    Chauffe, Marcel, chauffe!

Decorated a pumpkin and was about to throw out the seeds, as I usually do. Changed my mind and toasted them. Just thought I'd share:

Wash seeds, make sure to discard any pumpkin flesh. Dry on some kitchen paper. Melt 4tbsp of butter in the microwave. Add 2tbsp of Worchester sauce and some salt and garlic (I used dried garlic powder) to taste. Put some roasting paper in a roasting tray and add the seeds. Slowly roast in the oven at about 150 degrees celsius, tossing every few minutes. Until golden brown. Took me about 40 minutes, but check regularly because you don't want them burnt

Nice with a glass of red wine :D
