[WANTED] AEG on a budget

I'm looking for an AEG in good condition to replace my primary skirmish gun which has been acting up lately

Im interested in: SIGs, AKs, maybe M4/16s, MP5s, Bullpups ( especially) but I might be interested in others depending on condition etc. ( nothing plasticy unless that of G&G raiders etc)

I have a budget of around 200e but I'm open to offers, and I'm based around south Dublin/ north Wicklow.

I have a full metal AK74.
It is made by Cyma.
Works perfectly, tightbore fitted and guarder clear hop rubber and nub.
Comes with 2 hicap mags.

This version has a full stock that is meant to be able to fold, but the catch no longer works so it can't fold.
It is locked in the open position. This does not effect the performance of the gun at all.

what tightbore is in it? also have you had any internal hiccups? any external wobbling etc etc?

i have an CA MP5A2 in good working condition for 200euros. see this ad (http://www.boards.ie/vbulletin/showthread.php?t=2056072844). if you read further down the threads I am also including a battery and 8 mags to go with it. Also has a h-nub making the AEG very accurate. For the barrel being so short its got quite a good accuracy for 10 metres. Hasnt been skirmished with and i will get up some pics by next week.

accurate to only 10 meters though? whats the range like?

sorry for the confusion you see i only tested it at 10metres but it can go much further. Theres a huge bush behind my house so i cant really tell you the range. Range is probably about 100-150ft accurate. Again im not sure as i havent skirmished with it. Heck i am curious myself.

Ok thanks for clearing that up. How many rounds have you put through it btw? any problems?

Also im curious as to why you have 8 mags for it but never skirmished with it? whats your reason for selling? ( im not accusing you or trying to be rude or anything just want to know :P )

I think i put under 3000rounds through it. I never skirmished because i couldnt. It was impossible to find an airsoft site in westmeath so i just practiced at home. Im selling it because i need funds for a new purchase and i just didnt really care much for MP5s. As per the ad the problem is the torch light and i have no explanation for its failure as the bulb and pressure pad works. Other than the MP5 is trouble free and works well. Like any other AEG when the gearbox locks up all you have to do is fire on full auto and it solves the problem.

Tightbore is a 6.03 Prometheus one.

Is it the cybergun version? ( noticed the trades ) and did you install that rail yourself or what?


I might be interested but I'd want a price drop, I don't mean to be an ass here but I can get a cyma 105 new from rsov for 100us. Considering its got a tightbore and new rubber plus the rail - the broken stock and slight wear and tear Ill give you, lets say, 130e for it.
