Equivalent of ABWriter from Revenue Commissioners?

    Hi all.
    I have a quick question for you more knowledgeable folk out there.
    I've been asked to find a suitable replacement PC for the local PP. But he is using this software called ABWriter to file the parish returns each year. It's been on his machine for the last 7 years and he has no installation file.
    Basically, I need to know of an equivalent app to run on a Windows 7 machine. Can't find much on the revenue website, except the Adobe Air apps, but I don't know if they are the same or not?
    Is ROS the same thing?
