Does optional overtime = more breaks?

Hey all.

Working for a company who have offered a lot of overtime soon. As it stands, we are contracted to work 8 hour days, with two fifteen minute breaks and a 30 min lunch (on our own time).

With the overtime, some days I'll be working about 11 hours. Are we legally entitled to longer/more breaks?

Minimum 15 minute break every four and a quarter hours or 30 minutes every six hours.

do you work an 8 hours day excluding the half hour unpaid?

as you are only working 3 extra hours you are not entitled to anything unless locally agreeded. You existing break pattern is quiet generous actually

Our lunch is unpaid, our two fifteen minute breaks are paid... I think? I don't know though. The lunch thing is why we do 8.5 hour shifts. I was always used to 8 straight hours in other jobs.
