If you had to have dinner with someone, dead or alive, who would it be with and why? ;)

If I had to? Presumably it'd be with whoever's forcing me to have the dinner.

The six beheaded wives of Henry VIII. At least you'd get the chance to eat your dinner without being interrupted with silly questions.

Someone alive. Looking across the table at someone dead would put me off my food.

    Enda Kenny.

    I'd eat his face off.

    My Grandad.

He died before I was born, so I never got to meet him. People often say to me 'I knew your Grandad, he was a lovely fella', so it would be nice to see for myself.

I don't personally see the attraction myself - but each to their own.:D

Will the other person put out afterwards? If so, Dina Meyer. If not, I'd probably just watch a bit of telly instead.

With the added bonus of a potential gangbang situation.

Dinner for 3: Aodh Mór Ó Néill & Aodh Rua Ó Dónaill - and yes, Brian Friel's Making History is my favourite play ever.

I'd invite Stephen Fry around also, because of his vast knowledge of course.

Then I'd start by asking him about Oliver Stone and if he knew how he came to write Scarface and the struggle that he was going through at the time with his cocaine addiction and did he know how he came by the vast majority of the expressions used by the cast that made it into the script.

Then I'd ask him about Metallica's Cliff Burton and how he died and the effect that it had on the band as a whole and if he felt Metallica would have went in a different musical direction had Cliff not have died and also whether he felt Randy Rhodes was the most under rated guitar player of all time and didn't he die in the strangest of ways and would he have forgiven Sharon like Ozzy did for what she told him shortly afterwards.

When I was finished discussing that, I would bring up the topic of English Club Soccer's dominance of European Competition in the late late 70's into the mid 80's and how I felt Villa's game against Bayern Munich was quite special and how it was amazing that that Doug Ellis was at the club from 1968-80 and when he left, Villa won the League and the European Cup, Ellis then returned again from 1982-2006 and we never won either again.

Then I would ask him if he knew that Martin Luther King requested that black people avoid buying Coca Cola shortly before he was shot and how I am surprised that that part of the 'I have a dream' speech is not common knowledge.

If that still didn't get some in depth conversation from him I would bring up Francis M. Pottenger and try to get a debate going on the raw food vs cooked food experiments that he carried out with hundreds of cats and how he felt that the role of digestive enzymes on food in the digestive process was vastly overlooked and how he also felt that resulting problems that stem from the body continuously having to deal with denatured proteins was a major cause of the health problems that humans go through.

After all that, I would walk him to the door and say:

"You know Mr Fry, you're not all that bright after all, are you?"

Karl Pilkington- I'd like to talk to him about happiness and whether he is happy. They touched on this subject during one of the podcasts but never really got too deep into it. I'd also ask him why he is so reluctant to do any more podcasts and tv shows, and does he not realise how much people like him and enjoy his shows.

I'd choose someone who is alive.
Having dinner with someone who was dead would be a bit of a downer.
