Receiving RTE Digital but no picture

I'm receiving sound for all the Saorview channels, programme descriptions, Digital EPG, Aertel etc through my rabbits ears but no picture.

I checked the signal level indicator on the TV and its at 100% (three rock). I have a Sony Bravia KDL-32U4000.

Over the last few months I have been receiving all of the above but I thought today that I'd get picture, but to no avail. I even re-tuned today but still no picture.

Any ideas as to what the problem might be?

    Thanks in advance!

    MPEG2 Freeview only model probably.

Without actually checking the specs I'd say it's mpeg2 and not the require mpeg4. If it is the case then you are out of luck Saorview will not work on it.

I have the same problem, I think there is a converter box you can buy, (small box for about €40) I saw it on ebay once on sale in cork, but now that I want it - I can't find it!!!

If you mean a CAM card then no, it won't work.

For TVs that have only sound and no picture, you need a SAORVIEW compatible set top box. Get a certified SAORVIEW set top box for 100% compatibility.
