For an indvidual apartment which is best option? If all owners in an apartment complex got together under a scheme for a retrofit what scheme is best? thanks

If you are looking for a grant, the SEAI. Look here for muli-unit grant applications
The ESB don't provide grants - they do free surveys and then carry out the work.

The ESB Halo scheme .. is simply the ESB getting into the Home Upgrade business .. there is only one grant scheme .. after that there are many suppliers
