Weird Problem

    Hello,

Basically, I've always been quite shaky (my hands in particular) and commonly space out a bit - I may as well not actually be there.
When I go to the gym, this feeling is multiplied and I'm very shaky - and feel quite weak and spaced out sometimes.

I eat a decent amount, and drink a good bit of fluids - it's not a serious problem as such but I was just wondering what it might be down to.
(I'm a teenager btw if that makes a difference)

    cheers,

    Kevin.

    Go see a doctor.
I would consider feeling spaced out and weak for no apparent reason as a serious problem.

Hiya Kevin. As Spurious rightly said,go to your gp,this could be alot of things and any advice here would just be speculation.
