I'm looking to get the best from my wii. I'm using it with the composite red yellow white connection at the moment and its poor enough, I bought one of those dual s video / composite leads on e bay hoping that it was a component s-video connection, when hooked up it was black and white,

Are the standard three lead video component leads the best, does the wii actually output to them? if so does anyone know where the best place to get one is?
    thanks

I use one of these, seems to be the best quality available for the wii. This one is what I have, was cheap enough,

if you are using a CRT Tv, an RGB scart cable is the way to go. also think its the second best way of connecting a wii to a HD tv behind the forementioned Component Cable.

I also have one of these third party component cables. Not really worth it. I get this snowy effect from my wii when i use it, like loads of white dots when you look closely. At least i think it is the cable. I am going to pick up an official one and see if it sorts out the problem.
