    Afternoon all,

I was wondering if anyone may be able to help me in gathering an overall picture of the Balitore area, specifically the Abbyfield estate.

i am looking to rent a house in the area and am looking for :

    1) a locals opinion of Abbyfield,
    2) what are the nicest areas of Balitore.
    3) I have 2 children, do you think this place would be a good place to rent in ?

Any help, opinions and advice would be massively appreciated.

    Dan.

Can't comment on individual estates as I live about 7 miles from Ballitore, but it's a typical small country village. very friendly people, 3 pubs, a lot of local heritage / history and beside the motorway. I'd imagine it would be a good place to raise kids. typical country community

    Hi,

Abbeyfield would be a new estate so hard to say so far, but ballitore overall is a quiet place, locals are friendly enough but tend to keep to themselves, if your of the same mind its all good.

Other pubs close by so i have not tried the locals, school is good 2

    hope this helps
