Dont know if thids is the right section to post this but can anyone give any real time (within reason obv) updates as to how bad the roads are between Kilkenny and Tipp? I drove from Limerick this morning and between Urlingford and Kilkenny there was some really bad flooding start to develop. Its pretty torrential since so…
