hey guys as the title suggests i just feel so fed up with life. i dont have a bad life, i'm engaged to be married next year, i have a beautyfull little girl, i have a job and i've just bought a new house, but im just so down. i was taking anti depressants earlier in the year and feeling ok, i stoped (bad idea, i know) so i went back to my doctor recently and went back on them.i started a new job recently (of my own choice) but i have absolutely no interest in it anymore i come in in the morning wishing for the day just to be over, i think to myself i would love to just stay in bed for as long as i want without having to think about anyone or anything. even the smallest task seems like a mountain to climb, like there are days when i just feel like crying or just smashing something. i feel so angry and fed up with life i really dont know what to do now.

How long have you been on your anti depressants? They take a while to start working. I think I was taking mine almost 2 months before I started to feel better. I felt like you did, no motivation to do anything, I stayed in bed a lot. Just keep going with your medication and doctor's visits and hopefully you will see improvements soon. In the meantime just keep trying to do the things you would normally do. I know its a struggle, but try to be strong

keep going, you will feel better. try going for a walk at lunchtime as exercise really helps. and don't be afraid to discuss how u feel with your partner. accept that it is ok to have a day in bed. after a while u will notice when it starts and then sometimes u can stop it or lessen the affect. good luck, u are not alone
