Went in today, I never confirmed but I think it's same floor as swimming pool? Which is basement 1. Not sure though.

I find this thread very perverse. Scrappychimow is looking for the showers (don't drop the soap, buddy) and H2student is trying to entice him into the basement.

There are also showers on the 1st floor.

Surprisingly, they're both part of the Changing rooms!

I don't know where the changing rooms are? I have only been in the area where the weights ,treadmills are etc... how do I get to the changing rooms/showers from there?

do i need to get a locker to leave my stuff in?

    Enter the sports centre.

    Proceed through the first swipe-gate.
Turn left instead of proceeding into the gym.
Turn left again before entering the stretching room and go through the swinging doors.
Take the stairs up one floor.
Go through the double doors, (slightly hazy memory here), turn right and go through the next (close by) set of doors.
You find yourself in a corridor with lockers down the sides. You are recommended to use a lock (bring your own) to use these lockers, but you can just leave your stuff in one, unlocked, at your own risk.
Also along this corridor you can access the Ancillary halls, and on the other sides (to your right, after you have turned left through the double doors), are the mens and ladies changing rooms. Pick the room of appropriate gender.

Once inside the changing room, you should be able to figure out where the showers are.

    Thanks a million for that.
One last question, does the gym be busy Sunday morning at 10 o clock?
