13inch laptop under 400 euro

I'm looking for a 13 inch laptop for 400 euro or less. Has anyone seen anything around online?

Spec I'd like:
13 inch display
2 or more gb ram
Over 100gb HDD
HDMI out
Windows 7

I would probably go for the more expensive one, because it should be significantly faster and comes with a bigger harddrive and more memory.
It has no optical drive though, but you could also buy the U450p (http://shop.lenovo.com/SEUILibrary/controller/e/ieweb/LenovoPortal/en_IE/catalog.workflow:category.details?current-catalog-id=FD6DB49790C7411D933567FC361231FB&current-category-id=21C3577C8487491FB98DAB3E6A4BE9D3&action=init) if you really need the drive.

Thanks that looks pretty good. I have a faster laptop for doing work on so I just need something decent enough that's portable, I think that should do the job nicely.
