I was best man at a wedding, we hired ours from www.astonformal.com. I think it was 30 quid. Good quality, comfortable, quite shiny, no cracks or wear and tear. Here's my writeup on choosing suits and shoes.

Another +1 on aston formal. I think it was 20 euro to hire the shoes.
