would anyone know where you could rent a kitchen??? i've recently started up a small food business (part-time) but i need a HACCP certified kitchen to work in....i'd only need it 3 times a week in the evenings and maybe the odd weekend.....it seems only empty shells with no equipment or nothing....surely someone wants to earn a few quid renting out an unused kitchen of an evening???!!!! any help or advice would be amazing!

Approach some local food places that close early. If the boss is any way business minded i'm sure he'd like his kitchen to earn extra cash when not in use.

What equipment do you need in the kitchen?

any ideas for exact/actual places?? city centre or northside dublin would be great....

we've approached a few meals on wheels type places and even nursing homes but no joy....we're basically looking for stainless steel worktops, a dishwasher, oven and large hob top space....large stock pots would be a bonus too!! thanks for the feedback guys!

HACCP is a system of work and practice that ensures food safety. The physical condition of the place you work from forms part of your pre-requisite to HACCP.

Have you looked into getting your home kitchen registered, or is that an option?
