GATSO Van location problem

Not sure if it belongs here but here goes.

Ive noticed this camera van repeatedly parked in the same spot near where I live. Its parked in a turning (slip lane?) from the main road into a housing estate. It shortens the lane for cars turning into the estate and blocks the vision of oncoming traffic to cars trying to get out of the estate.

Who do you notify and complain to? I also see that it is now clearly marked with the Garda logo for a bit of fairness.

Inform the local Garda station that you think it's unsafe parked where it is and suggest a fixed camera be put in instead.

ring the guards and tell them a van is causing an obstruction (providing it is illegaly parked)

Go straight to the root of the problem. Knock on the side of the van, when the driver opens the door.... register your complaint !!

I'll take a photo of it next time its there. Its defo illegally parked imo. Let them do their job by all means but its causing real problems getting out of the estate. There is restricted vision of oncoming traffic. You have to literally move half way out onto the road to see cars coming towards you.
