Yesterday I saw what seemed to be an official (?) motorway service station on the M1 somewhere near Balbriggan. This was an Applegreen branded building complex set back from, but on both sides of, the motorway and while I did not pull in ( far too near Dublin to be very userful in my opinion !) it looked new and seemed to be spacious with lots of parking etc. Is this the first one? At long last?
