Argos: Vouchers with spend offer

I just got an email with the latest Argos voucher offer.

Get €10 back in vouchers when you spend €50
Get €20 back in vouchers when you spend €100

The offer ends on Sunday 31st October, although the email and website don't mention any expiry date for the vouchers

Last time it was valid untill sometime in January and that was only around a month ago.

Better than last time though cause it was E5 for every E50 spent and E10 for every E100.

Handy if your buying something for somebody else and they don't know about the offer ! ! !

Are they just straight vouchers or money off coupons, Can I spend €300 on something and get something else for €60 free?

They are actual giftcards, like dunnes, tesco do etc

Does anyone know, is it €20 per €100 spent or is is just €20 voucher for €100 or over.

I have my eye on something that is €500 for one item. Would I get just a €20 voucher or a €100 voucher?

They're selling the 12month Xbox live for 41.67 ,add another small item aswell for ten euro voucher.
Not bad.

Got the "ten" euro voucher today, which is actually a fiver to be used in November and a fiver to be used in December :rolleyes: Still might be handy for something unless other strings are attached.

How do they deal with somebody buying something, getting a voucher, using it and then bringing the original item (and maybe even the other item bought with the voucher) back for a refund? I presume there's no "free money" opportunity here?

This isnt like the previous voucher offer. If you spend over €50, you get the €10 in two €5 giftcards. One for use in November, and the other for December. Hope this clears things up a bit

Yeah, you do get twice as much voucherworth as the usual offer but it's a bit misleading to advertise it as a straightforward tenner back!
