shoes for a business casual dress code?

hey everyone,

fashion impaired person needing some help please.

Im starting a new job with a business-casual dress code. Im female btw:)

So i already got some black pants - they arent dress pants as that would be too dressy, just a plain black pants with pockets. The link shows them, albeit in a different colour.

I clocked similar pants on people working there at the interview, but i forgot to check out shoes lol. Im totally stuck with what kind of shoes to wear them with. I have a pair of black boots but i think theyre too dressed up for the pants - they just dont really match.

So im looking for some type of shoe that would be in-between?

any ideas? I tend to live in converse (which do actually look quite cool with the pants :pac: but that would make me too casual i guess) so i have no idea about shoes.:(

loafers? you'll need a slightly masculine shoe with those pants I think or the proportions will be wrong. something like the following

Clarkes have some flat mary janes that would work with this - I think any of their shoes really work for the office.
