    hi lookin for spd mountain bike shoes to get me started on. something cheap and cheerful something for round 15 euro size 45.

    I have a set of old but good condition Shimano SPD shoes in size 45. The original SPD cleats are on them, but they're not worn out yet. It might be a bit difficult to get them off but they're yours for a tenner, or perhaps a swop or part exchange for one of the items you have listed for sale, such as the bar shifters or front and rear mech if still available.

    Based in Celbridge, but sometimes in town.

    and ill bring the font and rear mech and if you think its worth it we can swap for those that ok?
