Darn it, don't have Sky. Did you ever read this book?
Its actually unbelievable, while obviously horrific. It gives you an amazing insight into the man and the unbelievable negligence of the police at the time. For the week thats in it i would recommend you read it.
Won't spoil it for you, but the author had a huge connection with him

I don't think I could take that at all. Books get to me more than films. You can't really cover your eyes! I once accidentally happened upon one of his crime scene photos on the net. It's the worst thing I've ever seen. They have lots of footage of him in this. It's hard to believe anyone could be so evil.

Its also amazing that he got away with it for so long without anyone suspecting him. What is so hard to believe is that he actually had fan-mail delivered to him in prison every day from women all over the U.S. A woman actually visited him in prison and ended up marrying him in there and even worse, they used to have sex by paying the guard:eek::eek: He had a daughter with this woman, and she is still living in the U.S. today knowing or not knowing who her father was!!!! Tis all sick.

    Yeah, that's unfathomable.

I can't believe he defended himself too. Being cross-examined by that. Shudder.

I don't have that channel but I read that book a few years ago. I couldn't believe how the author actually worked with him at a rape crises centre. Gives me the shivers.

Ah you see, and here was me trying to not spoil it for her:D

Amazing book though in terms of the connection she had with him aswell as the obvious insight into his character.
