Has anyone used a humidifier, and if so do they actually work? I suffer with my sinuses and am thinking of getting one because the air gets so dry when the heating is on.

I was going to buy one of the little ones that spray a mist into the air.

We bought one for our daughters room who suffers a bit from asthma (seasonal) and it seemed to work very well. You need to keep it cleaned though if you are in a hard water area...

Thanks Mike - if it puts moisture into the air then it'll help with my sinuses too. Going to buy one and try it.
