Can anyone give me an idea of how much this would cost please.

    Job location: Dun laoghaire

    Three bed semi.

Complete new heating system from scratch (3 zones) inc 9 rads, HE gas boiler, cylinder.

Theres still lots of things to consider micky.

Is there gas already there ? ,i.e. Wait for new line and forms etc.
Design of the house and what way wiring and piping is done .

I'd say most systems start at about €6500 ,for seven rads.
Nine rads is a lot for a three bed ,there must be an extension out the back. Big rads are expensive and probably add a few hundred to the pricing.

The house was gutted but is existing, so Gas meter still in box, mains, sewerage etc.

Yes, there is a large extension to the rear of the property.

If it's all fresh work ,then an electrician will probably be doing the wiring then.
And the builder would facilitate with boxing and patching etc.
Makes the job easier and cheaper to do ,hard to put an exact figure on it though:(

We'll wire all our own controls etc.

I know the price in my neck of the woods, just wanted to get an idea of how much more things are in Dublin.

    Thanks for your help :)

Yoshy's right Micky. You would be looking at around €5000 to €6000.
