    Hi
    Complete novice so please go easy on me.
    Live in a house wired by Smarthomes.
    Have recently had UPC Broadband installed - router is located at Smarthome box and broadband can be accessed from other rooms around house.
    Have ASUS O!Play and separate External Hard Drive which I use with main TV.

    What do I need to do to view movie files (all home made - no copyright issues here m'lord) from other rooms around the house?

    Is the quickest option simply to just unplug O!Play and External Hd and carry them to the other room!?

    I just wanted to make sure that I wasn't missing some simple solution.
