    Hey,

    I am looking to see if someone can help me out and get a recording off a sky+ box or if they have the means to do it themselves.

    My daughter is having a request played for her 1st birthday on the RTE Jr Hubble show. I can record it to my sky+ box (i think) but after that I have no way to get it off as I want to send it to the relations around the world.

    If someone can help me out and record the show for me and send me a file of the birthday requests that would be great.

    Birthday requests are played after Everything's Rosie at 10.30am and 1.30pm, and my daughters is on the 1st Nov.

    Also if I set up the sky+ box to record will it record the RTE Jr bits in between the programmes ? ? I presume it will but not too sure if the time of the recording will shut it off.

    Anyway any help is appreciated as always

    You may be able to watch it on the RTE player here.
    From there you might be able to record it from your computer using screen capture programs such as Camtasia 30 day free trial which will record to an .avi format, then it's just burn to a dvd or email.

    Cheers for that but I actually watched the show on that RTE player before to see if they would show the birthday requests so I could get the email address to send off the picture to.

    Maybe it was just the one that I watched, I will try another one off the RTE player and if so I will use your idea to record it.
