Does anyone know a place in Dublin or Newry to get a good price on 4 new run flats. Dealer price was horrendous.

    Cheers

OP, did you try around the different tyre centres for prices?

Most tyre centres stock them or at least can order them for you. Dealers generally don't stock tyres, all they do is source them elsewhere on demand and then add their margin to the price. On the other hand a tyre centre buys them in bulk so can afford to sell them at a more competitve price

place in santry quoted me 155e for one RFT supplied, fitted and balanced on my GF's E90 MSport running the optional 18" MV3's.

tyre was as per OEM, forget now whats on it, my bad.

im sure you'd get a bit of discount for buying a set though.

You could always go for non runflats and transform the car into a nice drive

I recently had 4 new Continental run flat tyres fitted to my 3 series.
Worked out at €560 in total, including tracking and balancing.
Got it done at Phoenix tyres Jones's road, beside croke park.
Had them in stock as well, although they gave me the option of Bridgestone potenza's at the same price on the next day.

Try www.alloy-wheels.ie ask for Keith & let him know you are a member of Boards as he usually gives a discount for members of motoring forums.

I've generally found him cheaper than camskill
